You have to think carefully about the balance of contribution for your company and paying value for your team who worked together.

If you just think about your contribution for your company and profit, strangely, your business will decline.

I already wrote it down that wealth of world is infinity and expanding. So it is impossible to monopolize.

If each person create their business by own, it isn't so hard things to achieve the goal.
Even so, people around you or organization setting your aim too high without possibility and it irritates you so much.

You shouldn't accept such impossible order for bow to your boss or company.

You shouldn't demand unreasonable reduction to your business partners or subcontractors by dangle a carrot without paying appropriate price.

Let's crate business as a leader. Share your wealth and develop together with your group. Don't compete with someone or plunder from others. It becomes your profit.  I want you to have the mind of leader to expand your business for develop all of people.

Rule 1 You should have the spirits of earning profit to pay your group's salary.

Rule 2 You should praise the contribution of people working behind the scenes.

Rule 3 You should look for proper reward and redress an imbalance.

Rule 4 Giving credit to others and, and go next step.

Rule 5 You should think competitors is one of your fellow.

If you care only about yourself, care only about your company, you make light of your group and think only about your evaluation from your boss or company, your business never improve. You don't need to think about earning small sum of money or take all the credit.

What you should do is to work under the cooperation with a lot of people to create business for a good for everyone. 
You should make stubborn and giant formicary instead of scrambling for bread crumb and being crushed under someone's foot.
Think everything in perspective and bring prosperity for everyone.
