For 40’s employee who want to respected. This is exercise to break the rules

The man who doesn't attend the meeting…
The man who goes back to home at stated time even he still has work to do.
The man who doesn't send a daily report….
If you are manager, I guess you might worried about pressure from your boss. But the men I mentioned above don’t care about what their manager worried about. So under such circumstance I guess some of you might be tortured with your men’s attitude if you try to take leadership.
Whether you want or not, the organization would treat you as a leader. In the circumstance, what you should do if you want to become respectable manager?

Ambiguous Ideal

Well, don’t worry about that. According to *en-japan’s investigation,76% of employee had the opportunity to meet the respectable manager. On the other hand it is a tragedy for 24%. They haven’t met respectful manager even there are so many “manager” in the world. According to the investigation, the reasons why they could respect are “leadership” “Decisiveness” ”Don’t change his/her tune”. Fortunately I already met respectable manager. However, I have different reason.

*It is one of the employment agency in Japan.

Own standard of who is respectable manager

This is my investigation from 5 competent employees.

1 “Quick to move and make conclusion so fast.”

2 “A cheerful look, good humor, and high spirit!

3 “Studied a lot of things and have own philosophy.”

This standard is much clear and easier to decide than general reason. Your men evaluate you immediately even they are blind about themselves. There is no exceptional.

Reason 1

Your sense of speed would get rid of your men’s excuse, complaint and reason they can’t.

Reason 2

Your own experience and sense of value praise your men’s independent act and crush someone’s fake theory.

Successful Person

Lower position of employee saw that. “Sure, the toilet is over here” At event site one individual guided the customer “This way, please”. On office or on elevator some employee kept door open and the man said “I’m glad. Thank you” After finish his presentation he thank for his stuff “GJ. It’s perfect”. These remarks were coming from what 4 different individuals who take the highroad to success. Their attitude of showing respect to anyone proves how they worked hard. When I saw such people who are going to step up to the president stage, I feel world is not so bad.

Let the spirits be high.Best wishes to you!  by isso & haizo
