Let's do 5 actions to encourage yourself. Raise your mind!

"You're so interesting."




"I don't understand what are you saying" "What is Boom, Kaboom, and 1000%?" "Stop yelling""Why you don't attend the meeting" "Look email what I send""You can't be player forever" "Actually your earn profit, but you don't contribute as a member of group. So I evaluation you..." and etc

I think you also have an experience of feeling lost about evaluation of yours by people around you.
Perhaps you get sick of yourself or you lost your confidence.

However, there are different points of view. Not the relationship between you and your neighbors, you and your workplace, you and your boss, you and your acquaintance, but you and your friend from Laos.

Think about you and people outside the company, you and friend from foreign countries, you and a great man. 
If you look at different places, you will realize that there are various of common sense.

What I wrote down above is what I heard and be evaluated from specific group and workplace on specific period. 
However after I worked with different group, they told me "You are so interesting". 
Let's show your individuality.

There are 5 actions to encourage yourself

Action 1 Stop doing what you don't want to do. 
Don't do it again
What you cannot do, what you are bad at, work with a person you hate, and troublesome work. 
You should stop them one by one.

Action 2  Keep doing what you want to
Do what you can, what you are good at, what you like to do, work with a person you like, what you want to do mostly and what you feel exciting. 
Do them immediately.

Action 3 When someone evaluate you or point something out, say "Thank you" and finish talking by 5 sec. Then forget what they say immediately.

Just ignore evaluation of yours from someone who intend to do something to you. 
What people around you say about "It is possible/impossible" is just one of the tiny measure.

Action 4 Speak "I" at first.

You speak people around you  as the subject word is a same meaning as you pass the buck to others, and dependent on others. 
Stop saying "someone ordered" or "He/She told me to do so" and speak "I" and accept that others reaction.

Action 5 Cut off all of the matters, people and things which discourage you

You should break off your relationship between people who force you to do something and saying "It is good for you".
You shouldn't watch the TV programs or news articles which inflame your anxiety.

Purpose of you stop doing something completely is you do some other thing completely. 
You should work for your prosperity, others prosperity, and social evolution. 
So encourage yourself to accomplish your goals.
