This is how to attract your clients. Secret of picking up your clients

Park Hyatt, Peninsula Hotels, The Ritz-Carlton and etc... 
In the metropolitan area, you will find such hotels.
I guess some of you have experience of have a a couple of tea at such hotel lounge .



"Good evening"  "We have table for you now. This way please" "Please let me know when you have decided" and so on.

If you take notice, you will find out you were receiving treatment from several people.

In Japan, people who work for receiving are proud of showing their hospitality to their customers. 
At Japanese style restaurant, luxury hotel or lounge, restaurant worker or hotel clerk go to entrance to pick you up and they carry your baggage. 
When you leave, they bring you gift and they seeing you off at the entrance.


I recommend you to do the same thing as they do for your customers.

It is because if you look down on entertaining someone and leaving it to others, you would become awkward person and you will find it difficult to attract others. People around you may don't ask you a favor and they may they don't need you.

So I want you to entertain someone to attract others. 
Such action is worthwhile. 

Show your hospitality to attract your client
"10 matters you should do"

1 Pull hairs out of your nostrils and tragus. Make sure you don't have bad breath and keep yourself clean.

2 You should arrive at meeting place an hour earlier.
3 Check the gift for your client. You should image a process of receive the client with complete self-confidence in advance.

4 After you arrived a restaurant, make sure cellular signal.


5 Check the menu and ashtray of the restaurant.

<The time table before the client arrive>

Before 60 min: Go to the coffee shop which is near to meeting place for get ready to entertain your client

Before 50 min: Wipe sweat away to keep yourself clean and arrange your baggage and wallet.

Before 40 min: Make sure you don't forget anything and image the process of receiving.

Before 20 min: If you forgot the gift, go and buy immediately. 

Before 15 min: Go to the restaurant to get ready to pick up your client at entrance.

Before 0 min: Go to the entrance to wait for your clients

After your clients arrived: Carry the client's baggage and guide them to the restaurant.

You shouldn't leave everything to restaurant's staff. You should be professional of entertaining and receive your clients with the staff. Let's do it
