I guess you may find the person who should be busy but arrive at an appointed place earlier than meeting time or people who seems to be occupied but have free time for enjoy themselves.



How on earth people who give satisfactory results are so flexible to adjust others plan. Why people who should be so busy.

People who think nothing fill in their schedule.
People who think something keep their schedule open.




People who make money almost never be enslaved to business. 
Of course they aren't a person of leisure.

They just focus on what they should do. 
They have no time to spare for people who make so many arrangements and involve someone with considering only their own convenience.

As far as I know, the schedules of people who crate profitable business are so simple. 
Actually they have so many things to do.
I guess their brains might be busy. 
However, their schedule book never be full of unnecessary activities or plan which be decided by others.

Are you busy or not ? It doesn't depend on your "condition or fact". 
It depends on "what you do and who you work with".

Don't attend the meeting which keyman is absent

Use your all blank time for yourself

When you go outside to attend the meeting, you have to do the following matters.

1 Prepare for leaving (about 5 minutes)
2 Commute time to destination (30 minutes/ 60 minutes for turnaround)

3 Remaining time from meeting time when you arrived early. (about 15 minutes)

4 Time for meeting(60 minutes) 

5 Time of thinking for sending a email or phone call.

Total: 160 minutes (It isn't include time of preparation like creating material)

If you reduce to attend the meeting you will make more time for yourself.

If you reduce it 1 time per week; 160×1 day×51 weeks= 13.6 days per year

If you reduce it 3 times per week; 160×3 day×51 weeks= 40.8 days per year

If you reduce it 5 times per week; 160×5 day×51 weeks= 40.8 days per year

If you reduce to attend the meeting 1 time per week, you can make about 2 weeks for yourselves. 
If you reduce it 2 times per week, you can make almost one month. 
If you reduce it 5 times to attend, 2 months become your free time.
