“Office worker’s way of thinking” Brain training to “not thinking” for focus your mind on now

Business conversation at this afternoon, evening reception, income of this month, housing loan, promotion, about the family after 5 years, vision of the future after 10 years… You have a lot of things to think. It is natural that you think about past and future. However your energy of thought is limited.

Focus your mind on now

How many hours can you keep focus on something each day? Some people said that human could truly concentrate something only 15 minutes. Think about future brings you anxiety. Think about past brings you regret. These are wasting of your time. What important thing is you focus on now for near future.

Tip of concentrate. How to “Not think”

1 Don’t think one issue more than 1 min.
2 Don’t think about outside 5 meters radius from you
3 Don’t think it is your fault.

TV, Newspaper, Web and etc… There is a lot of information which confuse you. You can’t make incredible achievement if you were swayed by the public. The best thing to do is you eliminate your TV, newspaper, and news from smartphone. Anyway, let’s focus on what you have to do right now with sense of speed. It leads you to next moment.

Club activities

Do you have experience of push up, running training, jumping along in a squatting position, wheel barrow race and squat? Training of club activities had started after teacher or senior showed as some sign in the very hot midsummer weather with the sun beating down. I dislike hot weather and I like to stay indoors. In spite of I want to stay in the room which is well air-conditioned and read book, I chose tennis or cheer group. Summer is coming and when I drink barley tea, I recall what I thought about club activities. What I thought before starting push up and squat was “Think nothing” It continues…


When you try to think nothing,
